Most recently, we implemented SAFe enterprise-wide for one of our key clients, Tenant Inc. Tenant is a Newport Beach-based leading SaaS platform for the self-storage industry. Our project leads participated in a series of onsite and remote training conducted by a SAFe-certified Agile Coach, followed by a hands-on Program Increment (PI) simulation where SSI project leads directly collaborated with Tenant’s leadership team to prioritize and plan the product backlog. This has resulted in a more holistic approach toward strategizing the product roadmap planning and delivery.
